Distillery design and development ( including project management ) of Ballindalloch Single Estate Distillery and The Cotswold Distilling Co. Ltd.

 

Design director for 15 years of Bridscape, a successful design, development and property holding group of companies www.bridscape.co.uk​

 

Worked as a consultant on behalf of KIZ GmbH, the main German contractor building Lidl and Aldi supermarkets in the UK . I acted as their representative in the UK helping them with planning and building control issues and regularly visiting their sites across England and Scotland.

 

Worked in the construction industry in Germany for 5 years and learnt to converse confidently in German.Superyacht superstructure and interior design (German design studio) and project management of superyacht construction (Gdansk, Poland).

 

Developed the website 'Go Carbon Zero' to help industry professionals understand the 'Code for Sustainable Homes' and help them achieve good scores against the 'Code'. Within the site I created an online calculator to help the built environment professionals achieve the carbon emission targets for new homes set by the Westminster Government. The Code calculator has now been adopted by Premier Guarantee, one of the largest new home warranty providers in the UK www.premierguarantee.co.uk/CodeCalculator
