I am pleased to be involved with the development of 'The Old Garden', a luxury new build 40 en-suite bedroom residential home and care facility for the elderly adjacent to and behind a listed cottage in a conservation area .

 

The new care home is neighbour to to the prestigious Royal Liverpool Golf Course in Hoylake, Wirral. The new facility will have views across the famous 'Open' links course.

 

I am instructed as principal designer and project manager. Planning approval was granted on the 23rd December 2015. Site preparation works have started at the time of going to press ( March 2016 ).
