Beachside villa, Antigua

The construction of the boathouse has recently commenced.

It forms part of this luxurious villa on South beach, Jolly Harbour in Antigua.

 

Drawing from long established experience and familial history in the West Indies, this new luxury residence brings together Caribbean style with 'smart' building systems. Finished and furnished with the finest materials and furniture, the house is the epitome of luxury and aspiration.  

 

Situated in a marine enclave, the house fronts a beautiful white sandy beach with far reaching views across the Caribbean to Montserrat, St. Barths and St.Kitts. To the rear of the 5 bedroom en-suite house is the dockside boathouse with berthing for a 60' yacht and a coastal cabin cruiser.

 

I am the principal designer involved in all areas of design and construction, including interior design and procurement.
