The Old Garden
We are currently working on the technical design of 'The Old Garden', a luxury new build 40 bedroom residential home and care facility for the elderly.
The development is adjacent to and behind a listed cottage in a conservation area in west Wirral and is neighbour to the prestigious Royal Liverpool Golf Course.
The new facility will have views across the famous 'Open' links course.
Beachside Villa, Antigua
The construction of the villa on South beach, Jolly Harbour has recently commenced.
The design combines Caribbean style with 'smart' building systems. Finished and furnished with the finest materials and furniture, the house is the epitome of luxury and aspiration.
Fronting a beautiful white sandy beach the villa enjoys far reaching views across the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean sea to Montserrat, St. Barths and St.Kitts in the distance. To the rear it has berthing facilities for a 60' yacht.
Ballindalloch Distillery
I was delighted to be involved in the development of Ballindalloch Distillery, Visitors Centre and associated sites including; a new bonded warehouse, new water storage facility and new spring barley and malted barley storage silos at Home Farm.
I was instructed as designer and project manager across the 4 different sites working alongside local craftsmen restoring the steading to its former glory.

Sustainability is a buzz word used by many industry professionals. W have taken it a step further by developing an on-line calculator for the 'Code for Sustainable Homes' as part of Go Carbon Zero. The calculator has now been adopted by Premier Guarantee, one of the UK's largest New Home Warranty providers.
The whisky industry is booming, particularly craft distilleries. We have recently finished work for Ballindalloch Single Estate Distillery and for The Cotswold Distilling Company and we are currently working for another ( as yet to be named ) single malt distillery in Scotland.
